As part of Stage 3 of the Bell Road Project, a detour was originally scheduled to begin on March 13, where the contractor would cross Meadowview Lane with storm sewer installation. The roadway was expected to be closed from 8 a.m. to approximately 1:30 p.m., with access into the Meadowview subdivision maintained via Woodland Drive. Detour signs were set to direct traffic during this period.
