Homer Glen - Brianna Jean Hackworth, aged 27, of Homer Glen, passed away. She was the cherished daughter of Deborah and the late Jimmy Hackworth, loving sister of David (Erica) Cullinan, Sandra (Hazem) Sweis, Caitlin Cullinan, Alyssa Hackworth, Maeghan Hackworth, and the late Christopher Cullinan and Patrick Cullinan. Brianna was the proud Aunt of Savana, Caidence, Brayden, Noah, Danika, Bryceton, Cora, Alexander, and C.J. She was the life partner of Mark Kozera and dearest granddaughter of Beverly DeJonge, Donald DeJonge, and the late Cecil and Lorna Hackworth. Brianna leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The funeral will be on Thursday, March 20, at 9:15 a.m. from Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 12641 W. 143rd St, Homer Glen, to St. Bernard Church for a Memorial Mass at 10:00 a.m. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 19, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Known for her adventurous spirit and deep love for the ocean, Brianna found solace and peace by the water. She was drawn to the vastness of the ocean, embracing the beauty and tranquility it offered. Brianna's passion for exploring new places and walking along the shore reflected her adventurous soul.

Her unwavering love and devotion to her family defined Brianna's character. She was a beacon of light, known for her infectious laughter, kind heart, and endless support. Her bond with her loved ones was unbreakable, and she exemplified the true meaning of unconditional love.
