Homer Glen - Dr. Kelli Thompson-Sekulovich, aged 39, of Homer Glen and formerly of Warren, Illinois, passed away. She was the beloved wife of William Sekulovich and loving mother of William Donald, Sloane Elizabeth, and Beau Michael. Kelli was the cherished daughter of James and Lynne Thompson, devoted sister of Scott James (Michelle) Thompson, and daughter-in-law of Milo and Sandra Sekulovich. She was the granddaughter of Betty and Don Schmitt and the late Jack and Erma Thompson.

The memorial visitation will be on Sunday, March 23, 2025, from 3:00 pm until the time of the service at 4:00 pm at First Nazarene Church, 12727 S. Bell Road, Lemont, IL 60439.

Kelli graduated from Warren High School in 2004, obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, completed medical school at Loyola of Chicago, and served her residency at Northwestern Hospital. She was currently serving at Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital as an anesthesiologist.

Kelli was remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister, a loyal friend, and a tenacious competitor. She was a dedicated and accomplished physician, known for her compassion and country spirit.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Illinois Bright Start, an educational fund for Kelli and Bill's children: Will (5), Sloane (4), and Beau (2). Illinois taxpayers are eligible for a state tax deduction for contributing directly to the Bright Start 529 account.
