Homer Glen - Deborah Jean Carroll (Joch), aged 70, passed away on November 14, 2025, in the presence of her loving family. Born on August 17, 1955, in Chicago, IL, Deborah leaves behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and unwavering devotion to those she held dear.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Michael R. Carroll, son Gregory, daughter-in-law Nomin, and grandchildren Naran, Sayana, and Sambuu. Deborah is also survived by her sister, Judy Hansen (Joch), numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Remembered for her gentle spirit, generosity, and quick wit, Deborah will be dearly missed. Her ability to infuse laughter into everyday moments and her kind-hearted nature touched the lives of many. While she will be deeply missed, her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Service and Burial Details

A visitation and service will be held at Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Homer Glen on December 19. Family and friends may pay their respects from 9:00 a.m. until the service begins at 12:00 p.m., followed by a procession to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Alsip.
