Stage 2 of the Bell Road construction project is set to commence on Saturday, November 16. During this phase, traffic will be divided between the eastern and western halves of Bell Road to allow for work along the center of the proposed roadway.
Access to roadways and business entrances on the west side will be available only through southbound lanes, while those on the east side can be reached via northbound lanes. The project is expected to move into Stage 3 by early December.
