Village collects samples over high water bill complaints

In an ongoing effort to address concerns with Illinois American Water, the Village is collecting additional samples from residents who have reported unusually high water bills, meter errors, and inadequate customer service. Residents are encouraged to send scanned or photographed copies of their bills and any supplementary materials to alist@homerglenil.org.
