Homer Township Public Library's recent expansion project has been highlighted in the March 2024 issue of the Illinois Library Association Reporter magazine. This publication is distributed to libraries, friends, and advocates throughout Illinois.

Nominating petitions open for Homer Township Library trustee election

Homer Township Public Library has announced the availability of nominating petitions for individuals interested in running in the April 1, 2025 Consolidated General Election. The election will include nominations for three library trustees with four-year terms and two library trustees with two-year unexpired terms.

Library encourages community involvement through book donations

The library welcomes donations of books, CDs, and DVDs in good condition during operating hours. According to the library, "We gladly accept donations of books, CDs, and DVDs in good condition whenever the library is open."
